Double Spoon Rest

Double Spoon Rest

Price: $14.10

What I Say:
Keeping what spoons are being used for what item while I'm cooking is an absolute nightmare. This product is great. It goes well in any kitchen, it olds two spoons without making a giant mess of your countertop, and it's stable and easy. A great little item for any kitchen!

What Others Say:
love this spoon rest. It keeps my stove/counter top clean, it holds most utensils upright keeping them with easy reach, it catches drips which no longer get on the handle, it's easy to clean, and it is quite nice looking. I hate when kitchen gadgets clutter the kitchen, but this really looks nice and somehow even dresses up the kitchen. My husband thought it was much more expensive than it is.

Makita Drill-Driver

Makita 18-Volt Compact Lithium-Ion Cordless 1/2-Inch Driver-Drill Kit

Price: $219.99

What I Say:
I don't normally post the more expensive items, but this one is definitely worth mentioning. If you're a handy person at all, if you work in a trade that requires tools, or if you wish to do things around your own house, this is definitely something you should own. This drill is lightweight and small. It fits in anyones hands, it isn't heavy so you don't have to spend too much of your strength holding it. It is powerful and you can get it into tiny spaces. It's battery life is excellent. As a former carpenter, I've used many other tools. This is the only one I've bought.

What Others Say:
The BDF452HW is super light, easy to handle and has good power. The batteries are physically small, but still pack 18 volts. The L/I batteries have a very flat run-time curve...they stay full power until right at the end of the charge. They recharge in 15 minutes (for real). Makita seems to have capitalized on the advantages of new battery technology and combined it with a well built, smooth, advanced tool.

Silicone Balloon Whisk

Le Creuset Silicone Balloon Whisk

Price : $24.95

What I Say:
The beauty of this whisk is that, not only will it work wonders for all your whipping needs, but it's quiet, and it won't scratch up your metal mixing bowls. Silicone really is one of the most wonderful additions to a complete kitchen. This particular whisk also comes in several colors so it's not hard to match it to anyones chosen decor or favorite color. It may be a bit more expensive than some other whisks, but it will certainly last a long time, remain comfy in your hand, and be a joy to use.

What Others Say:
This whisk is wonderful. Nicely shaped, soft silicone handle fits perfectly in your hand. The silicone whisk is durable, the head is well made and does not crush when whipping as some of the other silicone whisks I've tried have. The silicone is molded into the handle, so you don't need to worry about food getting inside the handle or the silicone peeling off. Definately a must have for any chef from beginner to advanced!
